Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and RAD Labs LLC, doing business as ezTrips (“ezTrips”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the ezTrips website and application (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Availability of the Service

ezTrips is opening in waves. Some features described on this website are not yet available to the public, and joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access by any particular date. Sections of these Terms that describe paid plans apply from the point those plans become available to you.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least the minimum age required for consent to data processing in your country.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we use your email address to tell you when access opens and to send you a confirmation that we received your request. We do not need to send you anything else, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@eztrips.ai. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

Your use of the Service

• You are responsible for the content of your trips and for how you use the plans the Service produces.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to interfere with the Service or the people using it.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its output as a competing product.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself. Accounts are for individual use.

Plans and content

The Service generates itineraries with the help of AI models and third-party data about places, transit, events, and prices. That information changes, and sometimes it is wrong. Treat every plan as a draft, not a booking. Confirm opening hours, prices, closures, visa and entry requirements, health advisories, and travel safety yourself before you rely on them.

The Service is a planning tool. We do not sell travel, act as a travel agent, or take payment for flights, stays, tours, or tables. When you book, you book with the provider on the provider’s terms, and your booking is between you and them.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, and displaying it to people you deliberately share a trip with. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

The Service itself — its software, design, brand, and content — belongs to RAD Labs LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in it beyond using the Service as intended.

Paid plans

• ezPro is billed annually at $99/year and includes a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the annual fee is charged to your payment method. It then renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
• ezPass is a one-time purchase for a single trip. It does not auto-renew.
• ezGo and per-day usage beyond an included allowance are charged at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• ezAgent is billed per seat per year, plus per-day charges for client trips, at the rates shown on the ezAgent page.
• We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects a renewal.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, email support@eztrips.ai — we would rather sort it out than stand on this clause.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Third-party services

The Service links to and draws on third parties — airlines, hotels, booking platforms, mapping and place data, and payment processing. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or conduct. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your dealings with them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any plan, price, opening time, route, or availability it shows is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAD Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost bookings, missed connections, or travel disruption, arising out of or relating to the Service — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAD Labs LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — do.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and RAD Labs LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota for any dispute that is not resolved informally, and each of us waives any objection to venue there. If you live outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.

Before filing anything, please email support@eztrips.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Most things can be fixed that way.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, if you have an account, give you reasonable notice — by email or in the Service — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.

General

• If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
• We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
