An itinerary day is one calendar day inside a trip you have planned, counted from the trip’s start and end dates. Editing, refining, or regenerating that trip is free and never costs another day — only making the trip longer, or planning a new one, does. A 7-day Tokyo trip is 7 itinerary days; a 3-day weekend is 3. Days count again only when you extend a trip, add a city, or change its destination.

ezPass is a one-time purchase for a single trip: $5 per itinerary day, and the total stops at $50 once the trip reaches 10 days. No subscription, no auto-renew, and a hard 14-day maximum for the one trip on the pass. ezPro is an annual subscription at $99/year ($8.25/month, billed annually) with 30 travel days included, $3/day beyond them, and no per-trip day limit. The planning tools are the same on both — structured Bookings management, Email Forward to Trip, and the Spend Tracker are included on ezPass and ezPro alike; ezPass is not a cut-down plan. What ezPro adds on top is the annual travel-day bank, a cross-trip spend rollup, priority support, and ezGo at the member rate. (Forwarded confirmations and confirmations you paste into the importer share one monthly allowance: 50 a month on ezPass and 300 on ezPro, up to 20 a day.) If you take 1-2 short trips a year, ezPass usually wins. If you take 4 or more, or any trip longer than 14 days, ezPro is the better deal.

AI editing is included on every paid plan, up to 50 chat edits a day. Editing never consumes itinerary days — refine, reorder and swap places without paying for the trip again. Full regenerations are capped separately: 10 per trip on ezPass and ezPro.

Travel days 31 and beyond are billed at $3/day, purchased just-in-time at the moment you need them. The first time you cross 30 days you'll see a prompt before the next generation: "Add 5 more days at $3/day = $15?" You're always in control: no surprise bills, no automatic top-ups. Your account page shows usage at a glance.

Changing the destination of an existing trip counts as a new trip, so its full day count is counted again. We have to re-enrich every place, re-fetch local intel, and re-plan transit. The app shows you a confirmation modal first: "Changing your destination will use 5 travel days." If you're on ezPass you may need to buy more days. If you're on ezPro and don't have enough included days remaining, you'll be offered extra days at $3/day. Shifting dates, swapping activities, regenerating with feedback, and chat editing are free and do not add itinerary days.

ezGo is the in-trip companion — when to leave, what's next, and a re-plan when the day slips. It's $4/day, capped at $28 per activation, so a long trip never keeps climbing. Active ezPro members pay the member rate of $3/day, capped at $18. The rate follows whoever pays, and you only pay for the days you turn it on.

Not yet. Today ezTrips finds the options. Real tours and events on your dates link to their own booking pages, and tours show a “from” price where one is listed, which you confirm there. Where a fare is found, flight prices are shown as of when your plan was built, and every flight link opens a search for that route and date, where fares and seats can change. You check out on the provider’s site, and the confirmation comes back into your trip when you forward it. One checkout for the whole trip is on our roadmap; this page will say so when it ships, not before.

No. Any applicable tax is added at checkout, based on your billing location, and shown before you confirm — so the total you approve is the total you pay.

No. Each ezTrips account is for one person. We allow up to 5 active devices per account so you can use ezTrips on your phone, laptop, and tablet without friction, and on any paid plan you can invite the people you're traveling with to view, comment on, or edit a trip — they join with a free ezTrips account. Anyone who plans their own trips — another household, or a partner who plans separately — needs their own account.

Not to join your trip. On any paid plan you can invite the people you're traveling with to view, comment on, or edit it. Planning your own trips is on ezPass or ezPro. Companions you invite join with a free account. Forwarding confirmations and Ask ezTrips need a person's own paid plan. ezGo is bought by the trip owner for the trip; when it's on, companions follow the day in ezGo, read-only.

ezPack is your AI-generated packing list, built from your destination and the weather forecast. Heading to Patagonia in November? Expect thermal layers and waterproof boots. Off to Singapore? Expect an adapter for Type G outlets. You can edit anything, split items by traveler, and mark items as packed. ezPack is included on ezPass and ezPro at no extra cost.

Yes, anytime, from your account page. When you cancel ezPro you keep full access until the end of your billing period. If you cancel on March 5 and you're paid through December 31, you have ezPro through December 31 with no further charges. After that your plan ends and you return to no active plan. You can reactivate anytime before your period ends if you change your mind.

No automatic refunds. If something has gone wrong with your account or a charge, email support@eztrips.ai and we'll review it case by case. The full refund terms are in our Terms of Service.

ezPro is for individual travelers planning their own trips: $99/year with 30 travel days, plus $3/day if you go further. ezAgent is a B2B product for travel professionals managing client trips. It is coming soon; pricing will be announced at launch. ezAgent adds a proposal builder, client management, a commission ledger, and a white-label client portal. It is NOT a heavy-consumer upgrade path: if you're a frequent personal traveler, ezPro plus extra days is what you want. ezAgent only makes sense if you're planning trips on behalf of paying clients.

ezAgent is coming soon; pricing will be announced at launch. With ezAgent, an agent sends each proposal through a client portal link: the client opens it without an account or password, and can accept the proposal or request changes, which land back in the agent's pipeline.
