What's a travel day?

If you take 1-2 short trips a year, ezPass usually wins. If you take 4 or more, or any trip longer than 14 days, ezPro is the better deal.

Yes. ezPro includes a 7-day card-upfront free trial for eligible accounts. Your trial includes 14 planning days. Your card is collected now, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before the trial ends at no cost. One trial per person.

What happens after 30 days on ezPro?

Travel days 31 and beyond are billed at $3/day, purchased just-in-time at the moment you need them. The first time you cross 30 days, you'll see a friendly prompt before the next generation: "Add 5 more days at $3/day = $15?" You're always in control: no surprise bills, no auto-overage. Your sidebar shows usage at a glance: "30 included + 5 overage days · $15 spent this year."

What happens if I change my destination?

Changing the destination of an existing trip counts as a new trip, so its full day count is counted again. We have to re-enrich every place, re-fetch local intel, and re-plan transit. The app shows you a confirmation modal first: "Changing your destination will use 5 travel days." If you're on ezPass, you may need to buy more days. If you're on ezPro and don't have enough included days remaining, you'll be offered overage at $3/day. Shifting dates, swapping activities, regenerating with feedback, or chat editing are free and do not add travel days.

Can I share my account?

No. Each ezTrips account is for one person. We allow up to 5 active devices per account so you can use ezTrips on your phone, laptop, and tablet without friction, and we support family sharing on individual trips so the people you're traveling with can see and edit the plan. But credential sharing, such as handing your password to another household so they can plan their own trips, voids the subscription with no refund (per our Terms). For couples or families who plan separate trips, each person needs their own account.

How does ezPack work?

ezPack is your AI-generated packing list, built from your destination, the weather forecast, and the actual activities in your itinerary. If you're hiking in Patagonia in November, you'll see thermal layers and waterproof boots. If you're going to a conference in Singapore, you'll see business attire and an adapter for Type G outlets. You can edit anything, share splits with companions, mark items as packed, and even reuse a list from a past trip. ezPack is included on ezPass, ezPro, and ezAgent at no extra cost.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from your account page. When you cancel ezPro, you keep full access until the end of your billing period. If you cancel on March 5 and you're paid through December 31, you have ezPro through December 31 with no further charges. After that, your plan ends. You can reactivate anytime before your period ends if you change your mind.

Do you offer refunds?

No automatic refunds. ezPass purchases are non-refundable once a trip has been generated, since the planning work is already done. ezPro includes a card-upfront free trial for eligible accounts, and annual charges are not a money-back guarantee. ezPro is for individual travelers planning their own trips: $99/year with 30 travel days, plus $3/day overage if you go further. ezAgent is a B2B product for travel professionals managing client trips: $199/year per agent seat plus $3/day per client trip. ezAgent adds proposal builder, client management dashboard, commission ledger, and white-label exports. ezAgent is NOT a heavy-consumer upgrade path. If you're a frequent personal traveler, ezPro plus overage is what you want. ezAgent only makes sense if you're planning trips on behalf of paying clients.

How does the agent client flow work?

When an agent (on ezAgent) creates a trip for a client, they pay the platform fee at "Generate" time: $3 × the number of trip days, billed to the agent's Stripe customer. The client receives a magic-link email, no password and no signup. They click, see their trip, and can browse, comment, and add ezGo for the days they're traveling ($5/day, billed directly to the client). Multiple emails per trip are supported for families. Clients can convert to a direct ezPro account anytime if they want to plan future trips themselves.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices. All transactions are processed securely. ezTrips never stores your card details.
